Picky Eater Transformation
Is your child a picky eater? Mine certainly is. My son Noah, pictured below, is one of the pickiest kids I have met. I have transformed some of his not so healthy favorite foods into meals I feel good about feeding him. I even have him eating greens! Want to know how? Keep reading.
You can get your kids to eat healthy foods. I promise!
From the moment my son starting eating solid foods he was picky. He only liked certain fruits and veggies. If there was meat in it, forget about it! I knew I was in for a challenge and he certainly has delivered. He is now 4 yrs old and loves fruits and some veggies (sigh of relief!) but he also likes the typical kid foods of chicken nuggets, French fries, pizza and cookies.
Alleviate the stress of meals.
Kids love routines and often times that includes the food that they eat. Do you find that your children are asking for the same foods over and over? I was there. Heck, I still am sometimes! Moms are busy. We need to get a healthy, good tasting meal on the table quickly. My Picky Eater Recipes will get your kids eating familiar foods with a healthy twist and even some foods they never thought they would like. Heck you don't even have to tell them what they are eating. Although I strongly believe in educating kids about the food that they eat, I also think it is okay to be a little sneaky sometimes if it is for their own good. So give your dinners a face lift and I promise you that the picky eater in your life will love what you are cooking.
